1. Who we are

RoofSquares is operated by Rede Group Inc ("Rede Group", "we", "us"). When you use RoofSquares, you are contracting with Rede Group Inc. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

RoofSquares provides roof measurement reports from satellite imagery, including roof area, pitch, roof sections, shingle bundle estimates and weather history, plus related invoicing tools. Measurements and estimates are provided for bidding and planning purposes; you are responsible for verifying them before quoting or ordering materials.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. That includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service;
• Reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing it, or circumventing plan limits or other technical restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

Rede Group Inc retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you selected. Content you enter (such as addresses, notes and invoice details) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly and start with a free 7-day trial. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep RoofSquares available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When access ends, your reports and invoices may be deleted after a reasonable export window; contact us before canceling if you need a copy of your data.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify Rede Group Inc against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be heard in its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
