How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at roofintake@gmail.com and we'll help you.

Canceling instead

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period you've already paid for. Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period — use the refund process above if you're within the 30-day window.
